I was tired of pushing sh&t uphill. So I built Lemon Co.
Real performance starts with brain-safe cultures.
I started Lemon Co because I was tired of pushing shit uphill.
Tired of fighting for people-centred leadership in systems that rewarded burnout, politics, and bad behaviour.
Tired of watching smart, values-led people break under the pressure of performative leadership and toxic culture.
It’s why I walked away from executive leadership and stepped into consulting.
Because the truth is - when you build brain-safe workplaces, the results speak for themselves.
You get sustainable performance. Healthy teams. Better decisions.
Not burnout and drama masquerading as “high performance.”
At Lemon Co, we don’t do fluff. We build human-first workplaces, grounded in neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and psychological safety.
This is real culture change. For people who are done pushing sh&t uphill.
Ready to do work differently?
Let's talk.
We don’t do cookie-cutter. Or fluffy. Or leadership platitudes. Or politics.
We bring lived experience, science, strategy, and soul. It’s coaching and consulting grounded in neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and actual human understanding.
Transformational coaching for leaders ready to think clearly, lead intentionally, and stop betraying their own wellbeing to get results.
Sustainable performance demands wellbeing and psychological safety. We blend strategy, neuroscience, and burnout prevention so your people feel safe, energised, and set up to thrive.
Neurodiversity isn’t a trend - it’s reality. As a neurodivergent-led business, we bring lived insight and practical tools to build inclusive workplaces where all kinds of brains can do brilliant work.
We help you build the leadership, cultural, and strategic capabilities your organisation actually needs to grow - with no cookie-cutter playbooks or empty frameworks.
The result?
Leaders with conviction. Teams that collaborate with clarity. Workplaces where people don’t just survive - they thrive.
Ready to build a culture like that?
Leadership & Culture Expert | Coach | Neuroinclusion Advocate & Educator.
Julie is an experienced executive leader, coach, and consultant who helps organisations build brain-friendly, high-performance cultures. Her work is deeply grounded in neuroscience, wellbeing science, and her lived experience as a woman with ADHD.
After three decades in global leadership roles, leading great teams and building capability and culture programs, I chose to start my own business.
I knew we had to start working differently. I knew, corporate work environments were doing it all wrong.
Personally:
Things needed to change and I could be part of the problem, or part of the solution.
So I took everything I’d learned, and reimagined it.
Decades of real-world leadership experience, infused with neuroscience, wellbeing, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and mental health.
As a woman with ADHD, I bring a perspective shaped by lived experience, of masking, managing complexity, and moving between brilliance and burnout.
Now I help leaders do the same:
Lead with clarity. Build cultures that work with the brain. And create space for people to thrive, without burning out in the process.
This isn’t just what I do. It’s who I am.
If you’re ready to lead with your whole brain, and your whole self, let’s talk.
When people thrive, everyone benefits. Thriving isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity.
We’re here to challenge the status quo and create real impact. Our work helps leaders and teams lead, work, and live fully, boldly, and unapologetically.
That’s why our values aren’t just words.
When we work with organisations, we bring energy, commitment, and belief, because a thriving workplace isn’t just good for people, it’s good for business.
